Outbound Call Center Agents
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
We are looking for dedicated and committed individuals who feel they could
contribute to our enthusiastic and passionate team.
You need to be self-motivated, have excellent communication
skills and a confident telephone manner.
Responsibilities:
- Directly communicate with customers and prospects for the purpose of making
sales to meet or exceed revenue goals and expectations set by the company.
- Maintain strict compliance to call handling procedure, scripts and rebuttals
during sales presentations.
- Maintain strict compliance to all customer verification procedures to reduce
the risk of returns, cancellations, complaints and/or information security
violations.
- Proactively offer information on products and services. Use key words and
techniques to emphasize the product benefits and features.
- Sell products and/or service by using proper selling techniques.
- Effectively communicate enthusiasm about the product offering and overcome
objections.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience calling Business to Consumer in UK Campaign or
with at least 1 year Outbound Sales Experience in a Call Center.
- Superb Sales Skills.
- With experience in Credit Card Extraction.
- Enjoys challenges & highly results-oriented.
- Highly personable & can easily establish rapport.
- Proven ability to achieve/surpass Performance Target.
